This is a structured, private four-week coaching process.

Each week builds deliberately on the last.

Week 1 - Clarity and Commitment (90 Minutes)

Together we examine your smoking honestly.

Not with judgement. Just with precision.
 

Before you leave, you make your first clear, deliberate choice about when and where you will smoke.
 

  • Not reactively.

  • Not automatically.

  • But consciously.


You leave with agency already in motion.      

Week 2 - Patterns and Choices 

We look closely at what's been shaping your smoking. The moments, The environments, The emotional cues. 
 

You begin to see the pattern clearly.

And with that clarity you begin to make further deliberate

choices - in advance - about when and where you will smoke.

You leave with clear decisions about when and where you will smoke - if at all.
