Daragh Halpin
Daragh Halpin is a coach and educator with many years of experience supporting adults through reflection, change, and personal development.
In my work, I draw on a background in coaching, teaching, training, and leadership support across international contexts. I work with people who are thoughtful and capable, but who recognise that something in their lives needs to change.
My approach is calm, practical, and non-judgmental. I do not believe lasting change comes from pressure or being told what you “should” do. Instead, I help people develop a clearer awareness of their own behaviour, so that meaningful change becomes possible.
I also bring personal experience to this work. I was a smoker for many years, and that continues to shape how I understand habit and change.
This thinking underpins the I Choose to Smoke programme, which helps people step back, look more clearly at their smoking, and reconnect with their capacity to choose.
I am based in Hanoi, Vietnam, and have worked internationally in coaching, education, and adult development.
